Baby cot
We are happy to provide you with a baby cot for CHF 25.00.
Bathrobe
We will be happy to bring a bathrobe to your room on request.
Bike room (in summer)
Opposite the hotel is our bike room (small grey building with Bellevue advertising). This can be opened with your room card. Please secure your bike additionally. If you need the shoe rack, please let us know. Bikes are not permitted in the rooms.
Bike workshop
Opposite the hotel is Sport Beat with a professional workshop.
Breakfast
The breakfast buffet is available daily from 07.00 to at least 10.00 am (during the holiday season partly until 10.30 am) in the Täferstube on the ground floor. Earlier breakfasts are possible by prior arrangement.
Use our buffet to satisfy your morning hunger, but please do not stock up for the day.
Bus stop / public transport
The Flims Dorf Bergbahnen bus stop is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel in front of the "Stenna Centre". We will be happy to find the connection for you.
Change of bed linen
As a rule, we change your bed linen once a week, or more frequently if you wish. Please contact the reception desk.
Charging station
The hotel's own charging station can be used for a fee. Please contact the reception. You will also find various Flims Electric charging stations in the region.
Children
...are welcome guests with us. We offer various spacious family rooms and in the restaurant all children up to the age of 12 can order from the children's menu.
Copies
Can be made at the reception desk (CHF 0.50/copy).
Credit cards
In addition to cash, we accept the following payment methods: Mastercard (debit/credit), Visa (debit/credit), American Express, Mastro, Postcard, Twint and Reka-Cheques (no Reka Card!).
Departure
We ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 a.m. at the latest. Luggage storage is possible on the day of departure. It is also possible to shower and change. Please contact the reception team.
Doctor/Dentist
Dr Reiser's medical practice is located directly opposite the hotel +41 (0)81 911 13 13.

Dogs
Without food CHF 10.00 per night. Certain rooms are available for guests with dogs. Pets are not allowed in the breakfast room or in the gourmet area "La Stiva". You are welcome to bring your dog to the "Nova" restaurant area by prior arrangement. As a hotel guest, you can also sit there with your dog for breakfast.
Emergency exits and escape routes
You will find escape plans in every room. Please find out about the relevant escape routes on arrival so that you are already informed "in case of emergency".
Excursions
You can ask for information about possible excursions at our reception or at the tourist office next to the hotel.
Fuelling station
There is a "Rudi Rüssel" petrol station at the end of the village in the direction of Chur. In the direction of Laax you will find a Coop-Pronto petrol station with shop at the roundabout by the Laax cable cars.

Hairdryer
Each room is equipped with a hairdryer. This is usually stored in the bathroom (e.g. in the mirror cabinet, sometimes in a black bag).
Information
We are happy to help you at reception with information about the region and excursion options. You will also find brochures there.
Key card
Please always carry the key card with you. This will also open the main entrance door when it is closed (card reader to the left of the entrance door) and the ski/bike room. We charge CHF 5.00 for broken or lost key cards.
Lost and found
If you find any items, please hand them in at reception. If you have forgotten something, please contact us. We keep lost property for a certain period of time, but do not automatically forward it for personal reasons.
Luggage service
We are happy to help you with your luggage on request.
Luggage storage
We will be happy to store your luggage for you in our luggage room or at our reception.
Mailbox
You are welcome to hand in your mail at the reception desk or put it in the red letterbox opposite the reception. The Flims post office is located at the entrance to the village opposite the Hotel Vorab.
Packed lunch
We are happy to prepare packed lunches for you for an additional charge. Please order these at reception by the evening before. Our breakfast buffet is available for consumption in the breakfast room. We kindly ask you not to stock up there for the day.
Parking/Park Service
Outdoor parking spaces are available for a fee of CHF 8.00 per day, please deposit the parking card issued by us behind the windscreen.
We can also park your car on request, the car keys are kept at the reception.
Pharmacy
You will find the medic2go pharmacy directly opposite (to the left of the hairdresser) or a Coop Vitality pharmacy in the basement of the Stenna Centre, a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
Pillow
We are happy to bring an additional pillow to your room on request. You can choose between soft and hard pillows as well as spelt pillows or neck rolls.
Please do not disturb
Hang the card provided on your room door if you do not wish to be disturbed or do not wish your room to be cleaned. Please note that we reserve the right to enter your room for important reasons (security, fire prevention, etc.) even if you have a red card.
Reception/Bill
Our reception is open from 07.30 to 20.00. If you are leaving very early, we kindly ask you to settle your bill the evening before. Thank you very much!
